UMBC’s Industrial-Organizational Psychology Graduate program at Shady Grove offers a 30-credit Master of Professional Studies degree. This program is a unique, highly applied program, providing graduate training focused on developing skills that are relevant in today's job market. The I-O Psychology program explores and integrates important topics including organizational behavioral management, human factors, and professional human resources practice, and culminates with a professional capstone experience.
