Strategic Priorities
Our annual priorities move the USG community forward by strengthening pathways for students to attain an affordable education, achieve academic success, and prepare for meaningful careers. As the largest regional higher education center in the state of Maryland, we play a vital role in driving workforce and economic growth across the region and state. Together, we make it happen.
Together we will:
- Drive integrated recruitment, marketing, and enrollment growth in partnership with academic programs and identify priorities, roles, and accountability.
- Enrich career-connected learning through deeper academic and employer partnerships.
- Begin to hone and specify the core elements of partnership for academic and employer partners.
- Advance actionable intelligence by continuing to develop USG-centric measures.
- Continue to strengthen financial and operational Infrastructure for partnership, scale, pedagogy and communication.
- Build a community where everyone belongs and we continuously learn.
