To promote an event or opportunity at USG, follow these steps:
If you are a content publisher or editor, add your event to the USG News and Events calendar.
Next, academic partner staff and faculty, USG staff, and verified student groups are invited to use this form to submit a request to have an event or opportunity featured in the USG Weekly, on HireU, or on the interior digital screens.
Please note:
- All submissions are subject to review and approval prior to posting.
- Event details may be edited for space.
- Requests typically take 1-3 business days to process.
- Requests should be submitted a minimum of 5 business days prior to your scheduled event or program.
- There may be a delay (10-30 seconds) after clicking “submit.” Do not click “submit” again unless you receive an error message.
