Since launching this fall, nearly 300 users have explored their future through Discover U. This career exploration tool connects your strengths, interests, and values to academic programs and real-world outcomes — all in one place.

Through a quick, interactive assessment, Discover U matches what you enjoy and care about with potential career paths. As Mary Kate Luft, manager of the Center for Transfer Access, explains, the goal was to create a tool that captures students’ interests, values, and passions — and connects them directly to professions and degree programs.

Then comes the most important step: seeing how to get there. With a click, you can explore related academic programs offered at USG and start building a clear, actionable path forward.

Already integrated into advising, transfer coaching, outreach, and campus visits, Discover U also supports alumni and community members with live job postings, industry data, and a built-in resume builder.
