Amanda Cowley leads global programs, regional operations, strategy, marketing, and business development at USP, advancing quality standards for medicines, foods, and supplements worldwide. She has held leadership roles across healthcare, including in the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and as a partner in McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice. Amanda joined USP in 2017 and previously served as VP of Strategy and General Counsel. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Williams College.
