Move for Mood 5K: A Wellness Walk and Run

When Your Brain Won’t Shut Off: Tools for Overthinking & Stress

Join the CCW for a practical workshop on overthinking and stress during Mental Health Awareness Week. Learn simple tools to calm a busy mind, feel more grounded, and reset. Pizza will be provided!

Yoga for Stress Relief

Join the CCW for a gentle yoga class with a professional instructor during Mental Health Awareness Week to help you unwind, recharge, and relieve stress. No yoga experience needed. Mats will be provided. Come as you are and wear whatever feels comfortable to move in.
