Join SNAP-Ed at USG to learn more about growing food from kitchen scraps! Learn how to start kitchen gardens with different plants that can be regrown from scraps such as head lettuces, bok choy, celery, and carrots. Healthy recipes, nutrition and gardening resources will be available for participants to take home.
