Advocacy In Action

This non-partisan primary election forum provides students, faculty, staff, and community members an opportunity to engage in civic dialogue and hear directly from candidates about issues that impact YOU. Submit questions for the candidates and register to attend at the link below!  See the list of candidates here.

Note on Candidate Participation: Due to scheduling conflicts, the May 5 forum will feature Republican candidates only. A forum for the Democratic candidates will be held on April 28 from 6:30-8:00pm.  You can register for one or both using the link below.

Develop your own advocacy skills at the Changemakers: Social Justice & Advocacy Workshop being held on April 18, 2026. Free to students at USG and surrounding community colleges, as well as staff and faculty at USG. Registration fee is $20.00 for broader community attendees.
