Dual-Monitor Docking Stations

  • Work with up to 3 screens at once
  • Each dock has 2 connected monitors, a mouse, and a USB-C wired connection to the USG network
  • Download the appropriate DisplayLink driver, and connect with your device or a library laptop via USB or USB-C

Desktop Computers

  • Available to all library users
  • USG users can access using their USG Logins
  • Visitors must obtain a guest login at the Service Desk

DVD/VHS Players

  • DVD/VHS player with TV display available in the Quiet Area

BookEye (KIC) Scanner

  • Overhead scanner for books, documents and images
  • Save to portable USB drive, send directly via e-mail, or access cloud-stored files short-term via QR code or URL
  • On-screen instructions available in print and video formats

EQUIPMENT FOR LOAN

  • Valid USG ID required to check out loanable library equipment - only current USG faculty, staff, and students are eligible
  • Return equipment to library staff at the Service Desk. Do not place equipment in the Book Return Drop Box
  • In the event of theft, file a police report and submit it to the library staff 

PRINT AND COPY SERVICES

  • Color and B&W printing 

Printing Requirements

  • Requires a USG printing portal account (accessible on campus secure WiFi networks or wired connections only, requires USG login credentials)

Printing from Desktops

  • Printing is accessible from all public desktops, when using your USG credentials to login to the device
  • Printing is not supported for guest or temporary logins
