(Healthy Living Series)

This bi-weekly workshop series is designed to build holistic understanding and reduce your stress.  You can register for any session, but you are encouraged to attend all four sessions in the series! 

The sessions are led by Marilyn Spenadel, LCPC, NCC, BCC, and are a partnership between USG-HR and the USG Center for Counseling and Consultation.  The sessions are scheduled during the lunch hour, so please feel free to bring your lunch.

The four sessions are:

  1. Ease Your Mind
  2. Love Your Self
  3. Mind Your Mood
  4. Work Your Plan
