Temilade Ayo Aladeokin is a Doctoral Student at Bowie State University. He is also a Researcher with 10+ years of global experience in multiple Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations including the United Nations. An engineering analytical mind influenced his career growth in a diverse variety of global roles, from Advocacy, Results-Based Programme Development, and Management, Resource Mobilization, Project Monitoring, and Evaluation to Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships among Non-Governmental Organizations.  

In his University days, Temilade launched in conjunction with a branch of the United Nations, a Youth Empowerment series called 'Project Hope' in three African countries; Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. This is an initiative that aimed to enhance the economic outcomes of adolescents through access to economic assets. Upon successful implementation of these initiatives in the three countries, Temilade was appointed UNESCO Youth Ambassador for the Culture of Peace. 

Equipped with a Master in Peace and Conflict Transformation and Master in Clinical Social Work, he was appointed an observer of the Government of Colombia on Youth in Agriculture Entrepreneurial Exchange through the United Nations South-South Cooperation Agreement by the United Nations. 

Temilade believes that it is really important to have a good educational portfolio no matter what career one eventually chooses. He is always excited to discuss the USG 2.0 and excited to represent Students.
