About FYZICAL
We are a busy outpatient Physical Therapy and Fitness & Wellness facility serving primarily older adults. Our team treats a wide variety of conditions, including:
- Balance and gait disorders
- Joint replacements
- Neck and back pain
- Sports and orthopedic injuries
- Chronic pain
- Parkinson's disease
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Neuropathy
- Vestibular disorders
- Movement disorders
- Other orthopedic and neurologic conditions

Position Overview
The Physical Therapy Aide is the "traffic controller" of our therapy gym. This individual plays a vital role in keeping the clinic running efficiently while ensuring every patient has an outstanding experience. The PT Aide serves as the liaison between our Front Desk team and our Physical Therapists, helping coordinate patient flow while assisting therapists with exercise programs and maintaining an organized, welcoming treatment environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients from the front desk waiting area and escort them into the therapy gym
- Assist Physical Therapists by supervising and guiding patients through prescribed exercises
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym throughout the day
- Sanitize equipment between patients
- Help ensure the gym is ready for each patient's appointment
- Assist with light clerical duties, including data entry and documentation
- Support therapists and front office staff to keep the clinic operating smoothly
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or have graduated from a program such as:
- Exercise Science
- Kinesiology
- Exercise Physiology
- Pre-Physical Therapy
- Athletic Training
- Related Health Sciences
Candidates pursuing careers in Physical Therapy or Athletic Training are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior Physical Therapy experience is required—training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience We have both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available.
