Angela Franco is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC), where she leads efforts to support business growth, policy advocacy, and economic opportunity across one of Maryland’s most dynamic economic regions.
Before joining MCCC, she served as President and CEO of the DC Chamber of Commerce, guiding the organization through a period of transformation and strengthening its role as a resource for regional businesses. Ms. Franco has also held key leadership roles with the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority and the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she expanded programming and organizational impact.
Her leadership has been recognized by local business organizations, and she serves on multiple boards and councils, including the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Leadership Council for the Kid Museum. Ms. Franco holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
